Hair

I got my hair cut today (finally). I got about 2 inches taken off and it feels really healthy now. But, the lady that cut my hair said that she found some gray hairs...I'm not even 20 yet and I've got gray hair. I'm sure it was only a few strands, but whatever. She asked me if I was stressed, and I told her I was a college student, so I'm sure she understood after that. I don't mind the gray hairs...and it's not like I can see them because they're on the side. But it was pretty much the last thing I was expecting to hear today. I guess it really shouldn't be that surprising, considering everything traumatic that's happened in the last 3-4 years (losing an aunt, both grandparents on Mom's side, and Dad getting sick).

Anyways. I got a perm back in February, and it was nice for a while, but I'm ready to have my straight-ish hair back again. It's really easy to throw some mousse in it in the morning and go, but I kinda miss my straight hair...and it takes forever to straighten it! It's probably going to take about a year for the perm to grow out, tho...so I may have to straighten it eventually, when there isn't enough perm in it to make it really curly, but there's too much for it to be straight. Oh well. Maybe by then, all of the old color will be gone and that'll be good.
