Weird

This is the first Wednesday in a -long- time that I haven't had to get up and be somewhere really early. It's really nice. Even tho I could have stayed up late last night and read or "studied" (which I tried to do a little, but it didn't seem like I was retaining anything), I ended up going to bed sometime around 11 or 11:30...thus explaining why I'm awake at 9:55.

I'm planning on using today wisely and looking for a summer job. There's a temp. agency down the street and I'm going to stop in down there and see what they've got available...if anything sounds good, then I may apply. Otherwise, I'll probably just wait for the Saturday paper to come to the house and then check the Classifieds and see what's in there. I checked yesterday's paper, but they didn't really have anything that I was interested in. But, I still have this week and next week before I'm not working, so I have a little time to figure it out.

So, I've been thinking about buying a pirate/wench costume for Halloween this year. I found one on Ebay that they make to fit you, which is great, cuz I definately can't squeeze into a size 6 dress (which is around the size that most of the premade dresses are available in)! And it comes with a lot of stuff, but it's like $200, which I don't have right now. But hopefully I'll be able to save up a little in the next month and I'll be able to get it. I think I may talk Jake into getting a pirate costume so that we can "dress to match." I think it might be fun...I've never done that with anyone, really, not that we have anywhere to wear said costumes, but we've always got the party that my parents throw.
