Back in working order...

My computer was down for about a week and I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. I had feared that the hard drive or the mother board was fried, but thankfully, that wasn't the case. My Uncle told me that one of the connecting cables was loose, he pushed it in, and that seemed to fix it (thank God!).

So, it's late, but "Merry Christmas" everyone! I hope you had a good one! Despite not having a lot of money this year, mine was surprisingly good (I guess that just goes to show that it's not all about money and big, expensive presents during the holidays).

So far, I've had about 4 Christmas gift exchanges, and I still have at least one more to go. I really like everything I've gotten so far (thankfully).

From Mom and Dad:

• a DVD player/recorder
• Chip 'N Dale pjs
• slipper boots (which are amasingly warm!)

From Jake and his family:

• a Grumpy Bear hoodie (Jake)
• a Happy Bunny hoodie (Jake)
• a singing reindeer that lights up
• a gas card (which I will need)
• lots of Bath and Body Works (Black Raspberry Vanilla...mmm!)
• a Recipe book
• a cute black shirt with polka dots
• a huge pearl necklace to go with said shirt
• a Santa with a jingly hat

From friends:

• Scene It TV edition (Jess)
• a jar of chocolate! (Sarah)
• a Pirates of the Caribbean poster (Christa)
• a Grumpy Bear shirt (which I had to exchange for an Tinkerbell shirt because it didn't fit my chest right...damn!) (Christa)

Stuff that I bought with my Christmas money:

• 3 pairs of shoes (a pair of short black heels, a pair of black flats and some brown tennis shoes)
• a Black Raspberry Vanilla Wallflower (from Bath and Body Works)

I'm probably missing some stuff, but I really can't think of anything else right now. I still have some money coming from Mom and Dad because they're taking us all to Tuttle Mall tomorrow to spend it on ourselves, and I have one more gift exchange with friends, so I'm not done yet.
