"Another one bites the dust..."

I'm officially down to just one class. I have actual class tonight at 5:30, but all we'll be doing is finishing up our last chapter, watching a short video and then having a review session. Hopefully we get out early because I would really like to get home so that Jake and I have time to watch "The Black Cauldron" before he has to leave for work. We usually don't have review for very long, so it's possible that we'll be out by like 7-7:15. The final is next Tuesday. I'll be working all day and then I have the test at 6 PM, so I'll have like 30 minutes to study before the test, which should help a little, maybe.

I hope that I got at least a decent grade on my Math final today. I feel somewhat confident about it, but when I was taking it, I kept messing up the formulas, and I'm still not sure if I fixed them and got the right numbers in the end. Since the prof won't be here next week, maybe the grades will be posted this week or early next week, so I'll be able to check on that?

I already know my grade for my FEEP class, but that's no surprise. If you show up and turn everything in, you're pretty much garunteed an A, and I did everything that we were supposed to. I wasn't worried about that class. Now, Math and Anthropology...yeah, I'm a little worried about those. The last 2 Math classes I've gotten A's in, but this one was different from those two, and I'm not sure if I understood everything or not. Oh well.

I rented "Happily Never After" yesterday. I didn't really pay close attention to it, which I probably should have, but it wasn't very interesting, at least not to me. I was really excited about it, and it turned out to be pretty much a let-down. But that's okay, because I got 2 free movies, too. :) "The Black Cauldron" and "Love Actually." I've seen all of the first one, but I haven't seen all of "Love Actually," at least not consecutively, so it'll be nice to watch it all at once.

Oh yeah...I put in an application with a temp agency in town. Hopefully they'll be able to help my find a job for this summer. I'm not really picky, but I would like something that's only part time and pays better than minimum wage (if that's possible). I just really don't want to be working all summer and not have any time to enjoy the break. Plus, I'll need to be available to help my Mom if she needs help with Dad or the boys or whatever. So, we'll see how that goes.

And also, I found these really cute "pirate boots" on Ebay that I'm thinking about buying if I decide to be a pirate for Halloween. They're leather and they lace up in the back to fit your calf, which is good because I have small feet and my calves are bigger than the shoe manufaturers think they should be, so it's really hard for me to find boots that fit. I just need to see what size shoe will fit my foot, so I asked the seller for the measurements for a size 8 (which is what I usually wear). But they are so cute!
